Kelly Inn and Suites Mitchell

Without asking we were upgraded to a very nice suite. The bed was comfortable and the suite had a 2 sided fireplace from the living room area to the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. I saw some bad reviews for this hotel and I honestly don't understand why. The room, halls, lobby area restroom, the pool area, the lobby and the breakfast room were all very clean. I am a frequent traveler, I have stayed in many hotels from 2 star to 5 star and I absolutely have no complaints about the Kelly Inn.

There was nothing I didn't like! No complaints here.

It was quiet, the staff was very friendly, courteous, helpfull. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean except the shower curtain liner.

The bottom part of the shower curtain liner had orange mildew on it.

Great location and they allow pets. Staff was great!

Needs to be updated

Property has really went downhill, room smelt like urine, walls had gouges in them, on a day where most people checkout the kitchen staff didn’t show up until 7 hence lots of people waiting for the main course of eggs.

The price only. We stayed there three years ago and everything was great. It has really gone down hill.

The air conditioner didn't work. The bathroom floor was giving. One key worked, one key didn't. Several people complained keys weren't working.

Great location, lobby was very clean, nice stuff was extremely nice, air was on in our room which was wonderful.

You could hear EVERYTHING, sounded like apartment living. Had a truck roll in at 5:15 AM bass rattling our hotel window woke everyone up. Day time staff were awful, very snotty, rude, short, not welcoming at all. Cleaning lady knocked on our door at 7:30am and 9:00am first time asking when we were checking out. We didn't get to the door right away the second time and she used her room key to enter and again ask what time we were leaving. I get she has a lot of rooms to do but felt it was very rude. Thank God my husband is a custodian our toilet we had to flush while going to the bathroom and after we were done or it would not fully go down and continue to run.

The coffee could be better.
