The hotel was out of date. The showers were dirty, the first room that I was assigned to had spider webs in it. The second room I requested, I was woken up to bed bugs. You can hear other guests, and the doors leading into the room were dirty. When I addressed the bed bug situation (and showed the front desk pictures), I was told that I couldn’t get a refund. It took two days for the hotel to release me a full refund for my stay. Overall, I will not stay at a hotel like this ever again
