There was so much that I liked about my stay. Everyone at the front desk and the shuttle driver were great! My child and I had a great time at the Residence Inn!! The breakfast was also good. Everyone made me feel at home :)
Kudos the staff. They were all courteous and helpful. I sensed they may be understaffed, but they are definitely a team and keep the show running without issue.
The staff are very helpful and kind.
Check-in was quick and painless. Did not see any decent restaurants nearby when I drove in. Water for tea in the morning was tepid.
When I booked the property I was afraid about bedbugs because there were some reviews mentioning problems with bugs. So I messaged the hotel about my concerns and was reassured that they would make sure our room was free of any such problems. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and how clean it was. Granted the hotel does need an upgrade but they are working on that. With what they have now they are doing an excellent job keeping it clean. TVs have been upgraded to nice size LG. This gives you the option to plug in your gaming system or Roku or whatever else you bring with you. Breakfast is tasty and free. Staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible.

CLOSE TO WHERE I NEEDED TO GO, BUT THE DINING OPTIONS ARE MINIMAL. HAD TO DRIVE TO FIND SOMETHING TO EAT. LOVED THE WIFI STRENGTH WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.

The stay was just ok, I stay at hotels owned by Marriott all the time and this was just ok to me. The front desk clerk seemed to bothered by our presence. We needed linen for the let out bed in the couch and we called twice to the front desk and was put on hold for over 10 min both times. We ended up having to go down to the front desk and request in person and she was receptive to our presence yet again saying and I quote, “that must have been your room that kept calling.” Unacceptable. The televisions we couldn’t get to work properly and I had a nine year old that loves to watch television, we ended up having him watch shows on his cellphone. The hotel it self and the cleanliness was great but this is not at all what i expect from the Residence Inn
