I had to wait for more than an hour for the airport shuttle. I called when I arrived, and I was told the shuttle was on its way. After 45 minutes I called again. Shuttle finally arrived about an 1 hour ten minutes.
We arrived at 3 just to drop our luggage and leave again. Everything seemed older but ok until looking for bedding for the pull out couch. We had no bedding so thinking it may already be on opened it up and it was nasty dirt , food but did find a quarter? Asked at the front desk when leaving for the evening to please send bedding and clean the mattress when we returned several hours later they hadn’t cleaned but did send up bedding with no pillows?
This was my 2nd time staying here, and just like the 1st, the stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the accommodations were clean.
Desk Clerk was pretty amazing - she was handling the counter alone and had a line of people to the door - she remained calm and handled each customer.

Humidity was awful. Room temp was good but air flow meant the room remained muggy making for sleepless night. All the doors in room were warped because of the moisture meaning you had to slam them shut with force. Pool was closed and weight room was size of two broom closets.
First, the room I was in door was broken so you literally had to slam the door to keep it shut. My family and I left and came back and saw the door was open. We checked our things and saw that a bottle of prescription pills were missing. The housekeeper over room 202 stated that when she came to clean the room, it was already open which was a lie because I double checked before we left. Then we received an anonymous tip from another housekeeper that the lady who cleaned our room, searched our room twice because the key system picked up on it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here!
The hotel was great. The room was beautiful and clean. There just Mc Donald's next door has very strange dine in hours to be next door to two hotels, forcing you to have to drive through. Just very inconvenient for people who just want to grab something to eat and go back to their room.
