Shower broke Refrigerator dirty Bed mattress was so thin
No pool when the website said there was a pool apparently it hasn’t been open for 4 years! Pre-packaged breakfast that was over cooked. Unable to watch tv because the cable was choppy. Over all just very disappointed.

Property is clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. A common theme, bring your own pillows. They are flat and not comfortable but all in all the room was very clean and the bed was well taken care of.
The staff, facility all good
This property is close to the highway and has easy access to many restaurants and services. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only concern was that the room could use a deep cleaning. The door handles had dried debris on them and the doors were grimy from usage. During this pandemic we need to be super cautious.
This property is located just outside of St. Louis Airport, near a bunch of corporate offices. Very safe and quiet. There is a 24hr gas station and McDonalds that basically share a parking lot with the hotel. My room was great, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. My only complaint is whatever scent they used to cover up any odor was a terrible scent that took some getting used to. Other than that i give the hotel 4.5 out of 5 stars. That scent accounts for the half of a star i took away.
Everyone was EXTREMELY kind! BUT the person that stood out, Anthony! Anthony took us to a concert and agreed to come back and pick us up, even after his shift was technically over. He is, hands down, the kindest, most friendly person that I have had the privilege of dealing with at a hotel. He recognized our need, offered the services and realized what a struggle we would experience getting back, so late. He takes great pride in what he does. That is evident! IF you offer employee of the quarter, Anthony is the perfect example of who should receive such award! I would be happy to write up a more formal notation stating exactly why he is one to receive such an honor. He is a HUGE reason why we will certainly be frequenting this particular facility! WTG staff! Y’all were friendly and accommodating and it is simply a home style setting!
Liked fire place. Nice bright lobby. Room is cozy.
