DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club Ultra All Inclusive Resort

The resort is beautiful! Every spot is instagram worthy. The service from the wait staff was great especially Mehmet from the all day dinning, very attentive. I checked in on my birthday and it was not acknowledged even if we were asked to go back to reception twice to scan. The resort is lush and a great vibe very beautiful. The evening had a great live band and interesting cocktails.

As the title says, we couldn’t stay away for long! We last stayed in May this year and this time we decided we couldn’t leave our extended family out any longer on what is the most relaxing and inviting hotel in Bodrum. We found that our favourite spot in Turkey accommodated us all so well for a group of 5 and saw some improvements since our last trip! Thank you so much to everyone who made our latest stay as brilliant as always. From the moment we checked in to the second we left we were treated like family. Mahmut in the restaurant; you are a star! Berkan in the bar is your man for a great Aperol Spritz and thank you to all the ladies in the cafe bar for excellent service and hospitality. All ladies in spa are just brilliant, and again had a great Turkish bath that set us up for the sun and i had another Bali massage which helped my back so much. Yassine on the animation team deserves a special mention as he is the only person to EVER to get my dad to join in on a group poolside activity which is an incredible achievement! We also love the Elixir bar which is great when you’re like us and enjoy a light bite and beer after hours, the chicken wrap and fries is a particular favourite. Our room was incredibly well maintained throughout our stay with clean towels, bed made and thoroughly cleaned. It was a great room that was close to all the amenities. While the rain on our trip prevented one of the live entertainment bands performing at the Sunset Bar, the space in the outside dining was cleared for them to play which brought back great memories for us as this was how it was before Hilton! One week simply isn’t enough for us, and we are so looking forward to seeing you all again for 10 days in 2026! See you next season 😊

I had a fantastic experience at the DoubleTree All Inclusive in Bodrum. The service was excellent from start to finish — special thanks to Yassine for his energy and kindness during activities and by the pool/beach, and to Veysel, the bartender, for his amazing drinks and friendly attitude. The all-inclusive meals were great, with plenty of variety for both dinner and breakfast. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff attentive, and the property itself beautiful. The several platforms on the seaside were especially nice. There are dozens of adorable cats around the hotel, adding even more charm to the stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm, relaxing, and truly enjoyable Bodrum getaway! 🏖️🐾

The hotel was fantastiv even we find some problems when we just came but it was fantastic holiday for me and my wife we did really enjoy it . And also the staf was so good and specially one our morrocan friend yassine he was super nice super energetic super respectful I really appreciate his nice welcoming and i really recommend . See you next year

It was our 5th time back in Bodrum with the family and it came with no suprises. We have been very well looked after by the friendly staff, Kader and Sevval were excellent in their service during our time in the snack bar/restaurant. In the pool bar, our favorite duo of barmen Oguz and Veysel were always on point with making the best cocktails. Last but not least, the entertainment team with Yassine, Khalil, Toprak and Ekrem always made sure we had activities throughout the day that endured everyone in the family had a great time. The little one enjoyed the kids club activities like never before! We also appreciated the attention from Serdar, Momo and Tamer throughout our stay - very nice group of guys that always checked in to see if they could help us have a great time. We can’t wait till we go back next year, and can only wish to see the same members of staff.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive to detail. Special thanks to Alp at reception for his resourcefulness and patience with our every request, and Yassine in the leisure team for making our stay extremely memorable with his great vibes and attention to detail. This hotel is situated on the coast some five miles from Bodrum (15 minutes in a taxi) overlooking the Aegean Sea. This is a mixed review as the hotel did not really meet our expectations for a five star resort. Firstly the good stuff – the food was amazing. First class, huge choice, excellent quality – awesome. That includes the Skorpina restaurant as well as the main Panorama buffet. Secondly, water is widely available, frequently topped up at the restaurants, and replenished regularly in our rooms. There is also a giant fridge by the pool bar full of water bottles where you can just help yourself. In the evening there is live music in the Sunset Bar and the bands were saw were very good. They play until midnight. Yes, midnight. And it’s loud. If your room is anywhere on that side of the hotel, don’t even think of going to bed any earlier – you will not sleep – even with ear plugs. So, we moved rooms – over to the other side by the tennis courts. Rooms are nice. Iron, Safe, Hairdryer, nice bathroom with hook on wall (v important). Balcony very small, no good for sitting, just drying clothes. Talking of drying clothes – there is a retractable washing line in the shower. So, you can wash your clothes and dry them on that. Except you can’t. Because the basin plug does not close. It is fixed open. So the hotel has given you the means to dry your clothes, but not to wash them! Now for the pool area. If you are envisaging lazy days by the pool, sleeping, reading your book, maybe listening to music on your phone, or even a podcast perhaps – do not stay at this hotel. Loud electronic music booms out of four giant speakers by the pool all day long. It is particularly loud when there is an “activity” taking place, which seems to happen most of the time. Either Zumba class, Aqua aerobics, or a Kids Club event – all accompanied by loud booming music which continues most of the day even when there are no activities. Guests not interested and those who have come here to actually rest (which is most of them) position their sunbeds on the grass as far away as they can get. Nonetheless it’s impossible to escape the relentless noise. My husband was extremely tired after a hectic work year and really wanted to sleep – but he could not – it was simply impossible. Why do hotel management think guests want this endless loud music? We don’t! The staff were overall friendly and efficient. Although many spoke only basic English. This might be because about 90% of the guests were Turkish. Going back to the live bands at the Sunset Bar, they sang more than half their songs in Turkish and everyone in the bar was singing along – we couldn’t understand a word of course. We felt like this was very much a Turkish resort with Turkish Staff for Turkish people. Nothing wrong with that of course, we were just a bit surprised at how few people from outside Turkey were staying at this hotel. We booked this hotel mainly because it had tennis courts – four in fact. Great news, no problem getting a court then with four to choose from. Oh dear, yes there was. The hotel gave all four courts over to a travel company for a tournament for two whole days. That’s a third of our total stay at the hotel when we were unable to play. Further, they didn’t think it a good idea to actually tell the guests. No announcement, nothing on the notice board. This is just bad management and bad communication. If you have kids then this would work for you. About a third of all the guests had babies, or pre-school toddlers. If you like constant activity and loud music then it would work for you. But it didn’t really work for us. We won’t be returning.
