Extended Stay America Select Suites - Austin - Northwest - Lakeline Mall

DO NOT GO TO THIS EXTENDED STAY PROPERTY...They have stripped the rooms from everything except the curtains the bed and the linens. There is a TV and remote. No towels, no plates, knives forks , pots and pans. Nothing. A waste of time and money. I took a shower and had to dry off with a pillow case. There was a roach in the room. A hole in the sheetrock over the sink. But they will offer to sell you pots and pans, utensils to eat. EVERYTHING. is an added expense...EVERYTHING....THINK 'flying on an economy airline'...Its ridiculous. I was told by the girl behind the desk that all the extended stays in this area were going this way. STRIPPED NAKED... I figure owned by foreign national and bringing in their idea of accommodation. SAD.. Unacceptable.. DO NOT. GO HERE...

-Dirty rooms -Dirty bathtub -Broken shelves -Broken shower knob -Broken shower head (it sprayed and I had to fix it myself) -Roaches! -Unattended leaky ceilings -Unaware staff; front desk was not occupied ever -Microwave did not work at all -Unhelpful staff; one said “I don’t care, I have no idea” when I asked why my key didn’t work on a door. I was upset because I arrived at midnight and had to be let into my room -Awful smell in the hallways -Half of the machines in the laundry room didn’t work -Left over trash and coffee grounds in the fridge and microwave -Dead outlets -Door didn’t close all the way! I had to purchase my own security

I'm completely disappointed with this hotel. First of all the hotel was nothing like I expected. When we arrived there was homeless people in the entrance of the hotel. When we entered, I was charged for the hotel and given my key. When we arrived to the room, the room had a terrible smell, the carpet was damaged and full of stains and the room was nothing compared to what i saw in the internet. Because I was in a rush, I left for the day and when I returned to the hotel at 10pm, I regretted my decision to not walk out earlier that day. I slept with my clothes on because I was afraid the bed was infested with bed bugs, and as soon as the morning came, I left to locate another hotel to stay at for the remaining of my trip. When I checked out, I was charged for two day because I checked out pass checkout time, i was okay with that. But to be told by concierge that I will not receive a refund for my remaining time and I had to contact Expedia upset me. After speaking to a rep and learning that the hotel is not refunding me at all was a huge disappointment to me. I will never stay or recommend this awful hotel to anyone EVER!

Nothing at all. Nastiest place I ever stepped foot in

The whole place had a horrible odor with visible dirt and grime everywhere. However the room managed to stink even more!

I liked that it was descent to stay.

I was a little uncomfortable of the location.too under the bridge. the website said it included breakfast and it did not. the front desk staff seemed nice but a little odd.
