Norwood Inn & Suites Worthington

The team at the hotel was amazing. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and ready to assist. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Their warm attitude really made a difference!

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. various of breakfast varieties. Overall it was a nice stay.

The property was horrible full of mold and signs that said inhabitable the ceilings were falling down and had a terrible smell of sewage this place isn’t safe or clean

My SO and I were passing through and needed a place to lay a head for the night. The reviews were hot and miss. Well let me tell you, believe the negative ones. This is probably the worst place I’ve ever had the opportunity to stay at. The bathroom has not been cleaned since the 1800’s and the place smells like a 70yr old smokers lungs. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I was hoping to finally find Jimmy Hoffa’s body under one of the beds. Anyways I’m scheduling an appt with my doc to get a tetanus shot right after the stay. So enjoy at your own risk.

This place looks NOTHING like what’s posted online. It’s a total s**t hole that should’ve even condemned years ago. No secure access-anyone can get in any door. The room was filthy, mold on the wall behind the toilet, sink looked like someone threw up and didn’t wash it down. Truly felt like I should’ve had my concealed carry. Nasty, nasty place and hope you never stay there. We were apprehensive about leave our motorcycle outside. There’s also NO bar/restaurant or pool. Frightening place.

No complaints...will definitely stay here again.

From the outside, the hotel looks abandoned. On the inside, it doesn't look any better. Very poorly maintained, it was a bit scary and definitely dirty.

Do not go here unless you want to get hepatitis, ill or rip off, this motel is going down flooded and falling apart. I will never even pay a $1 to stay in this hotel. I Never got my refund

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and smelled fresh every day. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

This property is run down & in poor condition. Room was poorly cleaned and supplied ( only one set of towels, no tissue or toilet paper. Most of the electrical outlets were broken & inoperable. I chose this property because it had restaurant. But the restaurant was closed! I did not pay much for the room, but it was too much. This property should be removed from the Expedia website.
