Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are kindly and friendly. Convenient location to see other sites.

Functional, but dated and showing its past use.

The only thing to like, just barely, about this hotel is the easy access to the freeway. Save your money and frustration by NOT STAYING at Norwood Inn and Suites. Rooms are noisy, windows won't shut, can't see out of the windows, missing light fixture really slow getting hot water, staff was less than effective. Never stay at the Norwood Inn and Suites ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ilene, asst mgr was the bright spot for my stay. Had it not been for her I would have changed motels.

Took a long time to get a room that was already pre-booked! Finally got a room and could not even get in so had the manager try and he could not get in either. We were told that his manager would fix the issue and we never received new keys nor was it fixed. Room was filthy! Outlets did not work! No towels or any shampoo! Coffee pot was broken! Filthy bathtub that was plugged with something!

Manager on site was friendly and helpful. Hotels.com was not paying hotel for services I paid them for and manager was patient and accommodating while they figured it out. Hotels.com ruined the night by insisting to be on the phone with me for over an hour while I was trying to have dinner before restaurants closed on a Sunday night. The room smelled of disinfectant and had a wad of hair in tub drain and hair all over as well as a very dirty tub. Could not see out of cloudy windows at all. Overall the hotel is old and needs major repairs, a good cleaning would help but not much. Toilet leaked loudly, had to turn it off in middle of night. Will never stay here again, i felt dirty when checking out.

Room keys would not work there was no remote for the tv sheets smelled like dryer was on fire took for ever to get warm water night staff was not much help all he could do is say im sorry there was only one towel

With no hot water in one room we couldn’t take showers—very bad. Staff was very nice but doesn’t make up for our second room with the sink draining the water on the bathroom floor. Will not ever stay here again.
