Norwood Inn & Suites Worthington

Older motel. Room clean. I am sure at one time this was avery nice motel. But that was in the past. You get what you pay for.

Worst dwelling I've ever stepped foot into in my entire life. They should be ashamed of putting the pictures they have up on Expedia. First time I've ever walked into a hotel that I've already paid for and walked right back out to go find a room at a different hotel. Stinks. Loud. No water in toilet. Brown water coming from the shower. Awful. Terrible. Disgraceful. No one should EVER stay here. EVER.

The hotel was clean and well furnished. Staffs are great, bed was comfortable and it is good location.

From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. The staff was so kind and professional, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Highly recommended!

We knew it was not a 5 star place. It is very run down, needs a lot of TLC. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but there was only so much they can do

The rooms are courteous, nice cozy rooms and various breakfast varieties. Nice location to see the other sites.

the room was in a very bad condition

This place was so disgusting we could not stay. Stunk like cat urine so baf it burned your nose. The key readers were busted and hanging from business never even made it into the room before returning the keys.

This place smells, crumbs in the bed, toilet leaking, key card didn’t work- had to have it redone,
