The Resort on Cocoa Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort!! From the time we checked in until we checked out, our stay there was magical! The property offered top-notch, comfortable and immaculately clean accommodations in every aspect that exceeded our expectations! Our unit was like a luxury sanctuary and well-appointed in the thought and details provided to ensure we'd have everything we needed right at our fingertips! The property was situated right on the ocean - our room had a partial view that we had selected but it was perfect for morning breakfasts and coffee to sit out on our spacious balcony and relax on while enjoying the sounds and smells of the ocean and breeze right nearby! We also ended our days out on that balcony just relaxing and enjoying peaceful tranquility too! The pool on the property was huge, and we loved thst while we swam in it there was music playing in the pool area and tiki bar area too! Gave it a great tropical oasis type of vibe! The staff was super friendly, helpful and always there to suggest great places to see, eat at nearby and visit in the area that we might enjoy when we asked! While for us, this was a couples long weekend getaway, we noticed that there were also families staying there as well and so many activities for kids of all ages to participate in and enjoy! They all looked like they were having so much fun and that was wonderful to see! Definitely will be going back for getaway escapes to this resort in the near future!! We loved everything about this incredible resort and are so glad we found it when searching ahead of the trip for a great place to stay!

Honestly, the only thing I could say we "didn't like", or moreso not as much a complaint or dislike but as a suggestion...was that there was only one restaurant at the resort. While we both love Mexican food and the restaurant there had delicious Mexican food fare...having a restaurant with more broad-based, basic food fare with coffee, breakfast selections and sandwich/salad/soup style lunch options, perhaps cafe style, n a sit-down setting, would have been nice to have had as well. But, that said, DEFINITELY try the Mexican food restaurant while there! Our meal was delightful!

The front desk Team is AMAZING! So GENUINELY friendly and always helpful!

Honestly, we had such a good time all around there is nothing that I didn’t like. Well, the pool bar closes too early.

When you walk in you really feel like you have arrived at a true vacation resort with one of the best beach access and accommodations we have ever had in FL.

We actually loved it so much that we are going back as soon as possible because there wasn’t anything bad. The only thing we would change is the check out time to 11am EST.

Everything was spaced out and they only had 1 wheelchair on site

Our overall rating of the resort is high. We only had one complaint related to the extreme music volume at the pool during their various activities. Be prepared to bring ear plugs if you value your hearing. The resort staff did listen to our complaint and had the entertaining staff turn down the volume. Our concern, do you really need the music turn up so loud? We didn’t use the pool for that reason.

Checked into resort on a very non busy week with Jennalee. Had asked for a sunny location and she said not able to move us. When opening our room 407 the smell was very musty molding smell. With several trips up to our room unpacking our car I approached Jennalee again with our concern and asked if at least housekeeping could come and spray. She quickly said NO they don't have anything you will have to purchase yourself! Which we immediately did after putting things away. Purchased a large can of Lysol and was almost empty by week end. After arriving home with clean clothes that had all been washed before leaving and opening our luggage ALL clothing smelled with that distinct smell and had to be rewashed!

We had a suite with a full kitchen, the beach was beautiful (gorgeous sunrise), rooms were very spacious. Staff very friendly (and sincere) and a fun restaurant. We had a ocean view room, which we enjoyed greatly. The beach towel dispenser was very convenient.
