Love this resort! Booked through armed forces vacation club. Easy beach access, nice pool, movie theatre on site. Love the towel exchange service and wrist key bracelet. Plan to come back!

We liked the closeness of the beach and other activities.

My preference would be for the pool to be between the hotel and the beach instead of by the parking garage.

Loved the location. Right by the beach and nice pool to give choice of where to hang. If you like golf the municipal course is a five minute drive and reasonable.

"Great facilities perfect for a family stay"

Had everything you needed, facilities were great and the staff offered the best service we have had in the States which was a welcomed change to the rest of our visits. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Nothing we didn't like,would absolutely come stay again and thank you for having us. We would next time book a ocean view room but still the room we had was still excellent.

Over the years I've stayed with AFVC, this is clearly the best .... Accommodations were top notch and spacious. Staff was extremely helpful, cherry, gracious. Location was perfect, watched several launches and utilized the beach daily

Position was amazing, right on the beach Staff were fantastic Were able to see rocket launches from the beach!

Our ocean front unit looked straight out at bushes (this wasn’t the property’s fault, Booking.com shouldn’t have sold this room for the extra charge for ocean front) it technically was ocean front but the photos all showed the ocean, even the cheaper partial ocean view had a better view than we did! The staff were great & tried to move us but it was fully booked. Didn’t spoil our visit we just felt we didn’t get what we had paid for.

"Great location & facility on Cocoa Beach coast"

The Resort on Cocoa Beach is family centered with access to a great pool and Cocoa Beach. Staff is friendly and the units are well maintained with washer and dryer in our unit. There is a one-room on site movie theater for guests. Many activities are available for guests and a game room. Beautiful location and great resort!
