The Resort on Cocoa Beach

Very clean. We’ve stayed at multiple hotels and resorts, several times per year, some are cleaner than others when it comes to these time share units. This one was clean. Movie room was cute. Resort itself right on the ocean Within walking distance to good food at the Hilton

Well… to start the photos in the listing showed a gorgeous ocean view balcony and the listing was advertised as” ocean front “ *** side note ****We are Disney vacation club owners, we have 4 contracts with them, and we’re very interested in purchasing outside of Disney, even though we realize not every resort will be up to Disney’s standards. As I was saying, Our unit was indeed ocean front, on the second floor, yet there were only views of palm fronds, trees, and a couple of sea grapes. When I inquired about this, I was told once that it was because we checked in on Monday and those checking in sat / sun had gotten the units that featured an actual ocean view, located 3rd floor and above. The second time I asked, I was informed that ocean view units were reserved for owners only. Regardless - we did NOT get what we paid for and were expecting - not at all. Restaurant was closed day of check in. 3 of my 4 kids are under age 13, so we promptly got kicked out of the hottub, even though we were very quiet etc. On check out day, we thought check out was 11. At 10:15 we got a call asking if we were leaving soon. At 10:30 we returned keys to desk. The receptionist snarkily mentioned that checkout was at 10:00 am, just in case I didn’t realize … I almost asked if she realized that we booked an oceanfront condo that wasn’t provided. I refrained. Overall the trip was fine, but won’t return.

This is a very convenient and accommodating property. The kitchen was well supplied.

The units need updating, but would not like the cost to increase.

It was clean and very nice.

It was too expensive and there were not enough amenities provided. It is more of a retirement community where people sometimes rent out their condo. Nothing was included with the stay. Drink and food prices were too high and wasn’t open long enough and nothing was inclusive of the room rate the room itself did not come with enough supplies to last for the week.

Great location and rooms were perfect for our family of 4 adults.

Maybe a few more options for food and room service.

We loved our stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach. The condo was spotless including the bathrooms. Loved the towel exchange and room key arm bands. Toiletries aren’t provided except for small soap bars, so take your shampoos/conditioners, etc. Ask for rooms above 3rd floor for best view and know that ocean view is not a lot as there are condos next door.

The bed was the best. I actually had a good night's sleep.

Showers had no place to put shampoo, soap etc. Overhead fans need to be cleaned, dirty.

Rustig hotel. Netjes. Aan het strand met eigen opgang.

Geen bedjes op het strand. Uitgifte van bedjes sloot op 27 november. Vermelding op site zou fijn zijn
