front desk staff manager (Mindy Hammalian) has poor attitude and calls guests out on being late for checkout even if you are 10-15 minutes behind schedule and is arrogant.

Both of the pool Handicap lifts were broken during our entire stay consequently my handicap sister was not able to use the pools.

The access to the beach was great! Everything was clean and staff friendly. The pool was nice with plenty of seating.

The twin beds in the second bedroom made it hard for two couples. No clean towels or linen service like a hotel.
