i felt that the place was unkept, dirty, and very low quality. Everyone seemed to have a dog which made me worry that I was laying on dog infested sheets. place was old and work, elevator wasnt working

The place was not terrible but not the best. It did not include breakfast, elevator was out of service, the stairs and hallways were very dirty with a strong odor. The room had a very strong odor, microwave was not clean.

Joseph at the front desk was very friendly. Elevators were not working and Joseph informed us that we had to take the stairs to the third floor because they were no available rooms on the first and second floor. Our key cards are not working very well so we had a hard time getting into our room. Once we were able to get into our room we found the shower curtain laying on the bathroom floor. The one bed lamp was not working.

Simply look elsewhere, rooms do not look the photos and simply bad....

Kind of feels like you're going to get robbed in the parking lot and inside it's worse somehow. I wouldn't do it, pick anywhere but here

Main issue was front desk was frequently unattended for greater than 15 min and the keycards frequently did not work so I would go to front desk and no one was there. The staff were pleasant but when I got an offer from my son I could stay with him I took it. He could only pick me up in the evening so I was told to have it be an early checkout for the next day which I had already paid for rather than a late checkout out in which case I would have a “large” fine. So I contacted Booking.com and they said my reservation was changed to Wed morning check out on March 2nd. I left and turned in my key at the front desk about 6:00pm on March 1st. I asked if I needed to sign anything and was told no and gave my 2 key cards.

Customer service was amazing. The girls at the front desk were super sweet and attentive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the shower pressure was horrible. I stayed on the second floor.

booking collected money from me before my stay, and I had to pay again on the property when I arrived, till now I haven't got my refund!!!!!
