Comfort Inn near Frost Bank Center

There were cockroaches, young ones. And we’re not wimps, we’re from Florida where palmettos live. Sheets had hair, we were all equally grossed out but service was great.

It was right off the interstate & close to where I needed to be

It had bugs & when I asked a cleaning lady to throw my trash she had attitude.

Door handle to room was loose. Bathroom door in one of the rooms wouldn't close right. Some of the USB plugs wouldn't charge devices. Could hear people in other rooms so not very soundproof. Breakfast was not that great and the exact same each day the 2 nights we stayed. Only 1 of 2 keycards worked

I loved the front desk lady Esther. She helped me so much to change my room type and didn’t want to end her shift until I got checked in. Thank you so much for calling me to make sure I kept my room. I will definitely stay again.

Not bad but nothing to recommend

The comforter had previously had something orange spilled on it and was still crusty. Thankfully there were 2 beds in the room. The curtains had stains and a large hole in them with a hair tie and tape hanging from it. The bed was not comfortable and got minimal sleep both nights. The first morning was going to take my coffee to go and this was the lids. The top lid had dust caked on like theyd been there a while and the second lid had a hair on it.

NO CART TO TAKE LUGGAGE UP TO ROOM . 1 LIGHT OUT IN ROOM. ICE MACHINE AND VENDING MACHINE OUT OF ORDER ON 3RD FLOOR .

Everything was good would say again staff supper awesome
