Loved the property!

We loved everything, no complaints.

We woke up this morning to find our car towed. We were told we could park in the lot in front of the hotel the entire time. We had to pay $350 to get our car back. I asked the staff if there was anything they could do to assist with our car being we were never ever told that we could not park here as of Monday night. The girl at the desk said there was nothing she could do. We would have to wait for the general manager who would be in until later in the day. Also $2500 to stay here and our room was cleaned ONE time in 5 days.

EVERYTHING. Would never stay here again.

Room here was fine, plenty of space, good sized bathroom, a bit dated, dark hallways. Hotel was quiet, staff seemed not that well informed. Lots of construction on adjacent building wasn't great for vibe and all amenities were closed due this (to be fair they notify of this well in advance). Location was ok, a bit of a walk to lifts uphill or steps. Free parking in village lot (after registering) worked well. Alpenhof Restaurant in the other half of the building was good for german food and beer.

Best location ever for skiing. Pre-skiing breakfast and apres ski drinks (a band) were nice. I didn't try them, but there was an outdoor hot tub and pool. Very short walk to Mangy Moose and Tram Dock.

The rooms were very aged. Clean, but very much n need of a refresh. The counter/toilet/bath setup was inconvenient. But, I understand it is being razed and rebuilt over the next year or two.

Location is excellent. Very nice Austrian ski lodge vibe. Restaurant and bar are very good, the availability of Cowboy Coffee for quick takeout and sit down breakfast is perfect.

Somewhat dated but clean and well maintained

Classic hotel in Teton Village but showing some age. Great location. One of the original buildings in Teton Village, this historical hotel has a Swiss chalet style charm. It is quirky and dated, but still so cool.

The breakfast was canceled due to a staff emergency. It would have been nice to get some voucher for the adjacent Cafe, which is located in the hotel.

We returned to the Alpenhof for our 4th time in the last 15 years. We have stayed at most of the Teton Village accommodations as well as several of the in town hotels. The Alpenhof has always been our favorite but this time was different. All the quaint cool things that made it special are gone. I assume the owners that had it have sold out and it is a much more corporate feel. The hot cookies after a day of skiing are gone, the free delicious breakfast with the best blueberry muffins is gone as well and we couldn’t even eat breakfast there because it was rented for private events the entire 5 days we were there. We only had services in the room one day out of 5. They always said they were slammed and just didn’t get to us. The tv has a short in it and only works part time and I tried to call the desk several times and nothing but crickets. They have a bad case of the do not cares. Now that said, the location is great in the village, the rooms are quiet and comfortable and it is one of the more affordable options on the mountain it is just not what it used to be.
