The Alpenhof

I loved the old world atmosphere and especially outside with its flower baskets!

I arrived early and was promised a call when the room was ready, which I never received. TV and phone were not working. Maintenance came and fixed TV. Great Village with shops and restaurants. Hotel was pricey.

Lovely hotel. Older, but well maintained and styled like a Swiss chalet. Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly.

Great location needs an update on the entire hotel.

Very cute and cosy Swiss style lodge. Nice staff, water refill in lobby. K cups available . A couple nice touches were the bathrobes in room and 2 public restrooms in addition to the one in your room. If I had to pick negative aspects, it would be the low water pressure and dark rooms (though when trying to sleep that was good). And that the restaurant and cafe was already closed for the season mid September even though weather was great .

The location and property were great. The staff we had contact were friendly and as helpful as could be. We were a little disappointed in that in a three night at no time did the room get cleaned or get fresh towels. My wife saw a housekeeper in the hall and requested towels. The person did not seem to speak and English and there was a little difficulty communicating. She was able to finally get fresh towels.

Easy check in. Comfy bed. Very bavarian feel to it

The staff her was amazing and very helpful. Cute older hotel.
