Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

I do not recall it being offered as I departed at 6:30 am. Staff service over all was great. The restauarnt was welcoming. Starbucks was closed.

There were parts of the facility that seemed questionable. Some area's of the floor were not cleaned. Trash that someone had left was in the elevator.

We are appreciate the front desk let us check in early, especially had long flight, everyone exhausted

One would think that the biggest plus for this hotel was it’s proximity to the airport, and that is a plus because you can get a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but the staff is what made our stay special. The hotel is a little dated, but very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good night sleep. The restaurant, Harold’s was outstanding! We ordered two appetizers thinking we could always get something later if still hungry. The appetizers were enormous and we could not even finish them and were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also good. Would we return again? Absolutely and will be back in June.
