They do not have any Handicap doors and some door are very heavy, they do not like handicap people very much.

The location

The room was next to the lobby and in front of some maintenance room so the noise was horrible all night. They started vacuuming at 5am. For the price per night you would expect something better or at least a bit of help because when I mentioned it they just said sorry.

The location was excellent. The staff were really kind and professional.

The hotel is a bit run down. The carpets were dusgysting. Old cabinets and furniture. Sliding window broken. Pool and jacuzzi not big enough fur such a large resort. High parking fee

I originally booked a garden room, when I arrived I was told the room was not ready and that I would be moved to a room in the tower. On the second night sometime after dinner a loud noise was heard in the room above us, I called the front desk, they said that there was a clogged drain and that they needed to snake it. I asked how long this would take they said another 30-60 minutes. Then I was told that they would work on it at another time, but the work continued on and off for another hour or so. That was not very nice to tell me one thing and do the opposite.
