Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa

The Lava Java coffee shop was amazing and the food at the oceanic was delish!

Our shower leaked onto the floor and drenched our towels.

The room had stains on the carpet and location of our room backed up to the neighborhood and delivery area where all you heard was beeping and horns of trucks back up.

The room was great. The grounds and wildlife were beautiful. The restaurant and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Maybe just the signage. It wasn’t bad just did a lot of walking.

Beautful location and great amenities

Older rooms, had to have maintenance fix things twice. Our shower head wasn’t working when we arrived and the sewer pipe outside our room broke and was repaired but the smell stayed due to poor clean up. Was also told the parking fee would be waved and was still charged at checkout.

Love the location, absolutely stunning area.. people were very nice, especially Lorenzo!

We had a “kitchen” with absolutely nothing in it.. didn’t even get glasses for drinks .. would’ve expected the bare essentials. We had a lot of kids min our room who made and we asked for cleaning and they didn’t vacuum or anything.. we had to borrow vacuum to try to clean. Toilet clogged twice and made a mess and we didn’t have anything to clean it.. room service came the next day at 5pm after we were gone all day .. I think they need a bigger cleaning staff.

This hotel is SO BAD. Someone else wrote “ Customer service was terrible, and the woman at the front desk had a clear attitude and lacked basic professionalism.” 10000%%% I even told the manager how rude she was and he didn’t care. The rooms haven’t been updated since they were built in 1960s. Their “king beds” are king beds because “it’s all they have and they say they are kings”. My tv didn’t work. Our closet door was broken. The bed is a queen at best. The rooms look like a motel 8 and the staff is so rude it’s like they don’t fear any reproductions or have a desire to ensure a pleasurable stay. My HONEYMOON night was laughable at best for this place. Like the photos are atrocious this place is trash.
