Facilities getting old and needs revamp

good location, close to Immigration, very conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants and other amenities

The view was 🔥🔥 Breakfast was good And the staff was good ,even though communication was a barrier . The hotel is close to most tourist attractions

Most staff didn't speak English... teach them or take them to do basic English course. English is the primary language for most travellers or tourists. Another thing is to put the name tag on your food (breakfast buffet), some people are allergic to some of the food.

The staff wherw frendly and doing thier job to please m was happy and security guys where 100 percent helpfully

The breakfast they serve same food it was not appetizing

Views of the city from our suite was beautiful.

Great views from our suite. We were allocated the presidential suite. However, airconditioner was non functional in the second room. Poor coffee and tea station in the room. No sugar or silverware. Cupboards were dilapidated. Breakfast was fair. Not good value money.

The staff resolved my booking upon arrival since the Booking.com reservation, done prior 24 hours, wasn´t booked. Luckilly there were rooms available.

Outdated room and hotel . Mediocre breakfast.
