breakfast buffet below standard (juice, no yoghurt, ...), bar is actually nice but lacks atmosphere&not very well stocked, windows in rooms not very clean.

I had a very nice and spacious room (it was a studio), everything was perfectly working. The staff is really nice. For the salty tongue, the breakfast was tasty. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is centrally located, and I could walk to the "malecon". The beautiful Tunduru gardens is 5 minutes walk. The Gil Vicente café is close (even if I did not get a chance to venture there, it was in my list and I was happy to see it)

Maybe they should offer expresso at breakfast, that's what I missed and why I took 1 point

Recdptuon desk was excellent right from picking my calls from airport to arranging my pick up and all i needed to know. Nelma specifically was e cellent Washroom facility was great

Could not access wifi from hotel restaurante. Restaurant facily needs facelift.

Not so good , service in the restaurant and bar was terrible . Laundry very good .

Staff was very helpful, allowed me to switch rooms from 1 for 4 people to 2 rooms instead. I loved the rooms and the breakfast was delicious!
