A wonderful small hotel with a big resort feel. The staff is overly kind and super helpful. Whether it's making reservations for dinner, excursions, taxis etc., they are there to help. No need to dig the hole for your umbrella, the beach staff is right there! We especially enjoyed our dinner on the beach at Passions restaurant: BEAUTIFUL! Nightly we enjoyed having a cocktail at Horizons, a smaller restaurant on site. Friendly staff and great food and drinks! We will be back due to location, service, and overly wonderful time!
You can't go wrong staying at the Amsterdam Manor, the location is wonderful with the breach right across the small street. Beach chairs were provided. The bar and restaurant onsite was a nice convenience. The rooms were nice and comfortable, we were in a 2 bedroom, nice large balcony and very spacious. Totally updated and modern.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff, amazing views, and a boutique feel! The location is perfect right across from the beach and the eagle beach bus stop. It is easy to walk to any restaurant or resort on eagle beach or a 5 minute ride to palm beach.
We stayed at Amsterdam Manor for 4 nights for spring break. It’s a lovely hotel and the staff is great. But, its location next to the wastewater treatment plant means you get a nasty odor on the regular. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it makes for an unpleasant stay. Even though our room was lovely and the resort was first class, we’d never return or recommend.
The staff were always smiling and would go out of their way to help. Our room was small, but modern and very comfortable. The bathroom was very new and very luxurious. It is in a great location and right on the beach, where they have their own sunchairs and shade for customers. The pool was nice and great to relax by.
USA gem alternative to the more crowded Palm Beach area is Amsterdam Manor on Eagle Beach. Beautiful Dutch-inspired buildings that are well-maintained with clean, updated rooms and friendly staff make this hotel a great choice.
Our stay at the AMBR was amazing from the time we arrived to the time we departed. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful at addressing all our questions from early check in upon our arrival to scheduling a taxi for dinner. The room was perfect and well supplied each day with necessities like beach towels and coffee. The little outdoor deck was perfect in the morning for that 1st cup of coffee or relaxing at night drinking a glass of wine in the warm breeze before bed. Beach access was easy and lounge chair/umbrella access was never an issue in the morning with the beach attendant always willing to help us get set up. We loved Horizons bar/lounge at night as the bar tender and staff were so friendly and attentive. The food was excellent at both the bar/lounge and at Passions on the beach for breakfast and lunch. The menu choices were excellent and every meal was tasty as I had a different selection every morning and never disappointed. The waitstaff and bar staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We had dinner at Passions on the Beach our last night for our 2.5 yr Anniversary which was absolutely amazing with a sunset we will never forget. As an added surprise, we were presented with a beautiful Happy Anniversary dessert and sparkling candle that was above and beyond which made the night even more special. The Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort is a great value with a low key atmosphere located on an amazing beach.... we loved it and will be back!
