"Fine but not complete"

The room was nicely set up

They closed the hot tub and pool area at 8 pm. After driving 10 hours it’s what we was looking forward to.

"Yearly visit "

I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years when I visit. It’s my favorite it’s close to the airport always get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I do miss the dinners you used to serve!!!

"Check-in delayed two hours"

We had a confirmed, prepaid reservation but were held at check-in for two hours because our payment was to Hotels.com rather than to the hotel itself. We had no way of knowing this and it should not have been our problem.

"Excellent"

The staff was excellent and helpful and the rooms were extremely clean

I did not like the fact that the jacuzzi did not work my ball team who had like eight rooms there could not get into to the Jacuzzis
