Nice property . Friendly and helpful staff . Would like waffles to be served at this location. Overall pleased :)!

Kept us close to the highway. Not to far from places to eat and/or shop if needed. 2gas stations to choose from and not to far from our family .

The hotel itself was very beautiful and clean. The receptionist was very rude when I first arrived

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher….. bed smelled like pee

The breakfast was great, and I love how the breakfast area is set up. The room was just as I expected (we stayed last year too). The room was very clean and had everything we needed, as far as the sofa bed and the kitchen utensils.

I came with my family for my daughter's spring break and an early birthday gift, and I was very disappointed. The room and breakfast were great, but the pool was green the whole time we were there (a week- I added a day). We got in the pool the first couple of days as it wasn't that green, but as the days went on, it got greener. The next-to-last day, a child spit up in the pool, and the pool was closed. They opened it back up, but by then, we didn't want to get in at all. My daughter is 10, and the whole reason I booked here was because of the pool. I don't know if we'll be coming back next year.

Overall the property was nice. Staff was friendly and dealt with issues quickly. I gave it a lower rating due to not being told at check-in that there was a $10 parking fee per day and it clearly says on Expedia that it is free parking. I did not find out until my credit card was charged and received the final bill sent to my email. Someone needs to update their profile.

All the staffs were nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the room was pretty decent. The room was nice and clean.

Me and my fiancé booked this hotel over the weekend for his birthday it was in a great spot we loved seeing all the planes and the staff were very helpful the hotel was great our only issue was the kitchen was not as clean at it could have been when we got there I noticed the fridge looked like it hadn’t been wiped and being that I used to be a housekeeper I understand it can be difficult at times so I went ahead and just cleaned the kitchen, but as I was cleaning and throwing my cleaning wipes away they were brown so that was a little disappointing also we found a roach on the wall in the bedroom it was really close to the vent so we did think that that’s where it could have came from but to see a roach in your hotel room in general is really disturbing

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and quite large! Parking was no problem especially since it was suggested I park closer to side door given the location of my room. Don’t understand why there is a $10 charge since there was plenty of parking. The same gal was there when I checked out and remembered me. No notice in room re breakfast hours and using in room phone, couldn’t reach front desk and had to use cell phone to make contact. Perhaps phone was not working and front desk made a note of it. Wish room had a full length mirror. Also wish there was better signage re lobby. Would definitely recommend staying here.
