Our room was infested with ants in 3rd floor. Only one member of staff tried to figure out the situation. After first trying to spray - we said unacceptable as we were staying 3 nights- we asked for a new room or a room at nearby hotel. We had to continuously push for a new room before getting one and had to wait for it to be cleaned. We were finally in it at 11:00 at night.

Really good experience. The rooms were really nice and the location was great. The breakfast was decent with minimal options, but tasty. The staff were nice. The only thing I didn’t like was even though I checked in and picked my room on my mobile app, I never received my mobile key so I still had to stop at the front desk only to find out their system was down and I was not checked in and their mobile keys did not work. Overall, I had a good stay.

The hotel has been remodeled..everything was really nice, breakfast good..and the Mexican Restaurant in the parking lot..was great!
