"They tried to give excuse but excuses don’t fix it"

They advertised pool and hot tub. Pool was disgusting hot tub was not operational. We got no room service at all. Have been coming there for years but this was the worse!! I was wondering why I hadn’t seen anyone in the pool. On the second day I went to the pool and saw why!! My stay was based on the pool and room service. I got neither!

いつもヒルトンホテルを使っていますその点は安心でした。

浴室の掃除がされてなかった。シャワーを浴びようと水を出した時に壁と排水溝に金髪の髪が落ちていた。 かなり疲れていたから、仕方ないと思いそのまま入りました。 キッチンがあるわりに、シルバーが、ないのがあり、結局使えなかった。 この日の、清掃担当者を調べた方が、いいですよ。

When we first checked in, the clerk was very rude and was on his cell phone. Another woman behind the counter had to finish checking us in because she saw we were being ignored even after he started our check in. The pool was greenish They "forgot" to clean my room. And then made me gather all linens and deliver them to the front desk before they would give me more. There were ants all over our room and the window leaked water right in when it rained.
