We could not disagree more with the March review of this facility. Our stay was excellent and the manager most polite, and accommodating. We arrived @ around 1am due to a late flight. While there was no one at the front desk, there is a phone with instructions to call... and the response was almost immediate. We were checked in with no problems. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We consider it a very good value for the price paid. We chose this hotel even after the March review as most others were positive. We agree. We also chose this hotel as we visiting grandchildren and knew they would enjoy the pool..... and they did. The hot tub is permanently closed for reason we don't know, but the pool is wonderful! The grandchildren, and dads ....and grandmother ... all thoroughly enjoyed their time playing in the water. This was the "quiet" season and so often there is no one at the front desk. However a quick push of a button on the phone, and help is there. It felt very much to the wife and I the manager went out of his way to accommodate our requests, quickly and politely. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable! We all, parents, grandparents and children had a great time. You made that possible. :)

The so-called manager (Muhammad) checked us in for a two night stay and was extremely rude from the start. We have never been treated so disrespectfully while checking into a hotel and during our stay especially from a manager. As we drove away we both came to the same conclusion that it's very obvious why we were probably the only ones that were staying there. I guess we should have read ALL the reviews earlier.

Perfect little place. Nice breakfast.

The rooms were spacious and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, making our stay truly special. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, perfect for starting our day.

Hot tub did not work.

The room was comfortable and clean.

My wife slipped on ice in the parking lot. She was not injured other than some bruising. When I report the incident to the night attendant he made it sound like it was her fault. He didn't ask if she was Okay and said you need to be careful. I then explained there was black ice in the parking lot and that someone should check the lot. The next morning he was still there and I was going to say something about the incident but he looked at me, said nothing and walked away.
