Would have been nice for the hot tub to be working.

The bathroom smelled so strongly of mold I left and found other accommodations. The room had a window on the ground floor that didn't feel secure at all. When I arrived I had to call the front desk staff to check in. Which meant no one was keeping an eye on who wad entering and leaving the building. As a single woman I felt extremely unsafe.

This is a quiet, clean hotel in a nice area. We've stayed here twice when visiting family that lives near by.

Would love it if the Spa worked in the pool area but not a big deal.

I woke up in the middle of the night by something hitting my face. I turned the lights on and there were 100’s of ladybugs/asian beetles in my room. Told management in the morning and they did nothing.

Hot tub was not in service. For the price, it should have been.

The website is misleading, we came to this hotel for the hot tub and when we went to use it there was yellow tape around the it and it was empty. When we asked about it the man at the front desk was very short and said it will never be in use again. So anyone looking for a hotel with a hot tub don’t come here. Also if you bring up any honest feedback to this establishment it is not met with customer service minded responses, but instead rudeness and anger. There was mold in the shower, pee spots on the toilet, beds not particularly comfortable and an all around not very enjoyable stay. Would not come back. Should have read reviews because it turns out management doesn’t seem to care about the customer experience.

The hot breakfast options were nice. The hot tub was closed and that was one of the reasons our team selected to stay here. Some of the towels and wash cloths were stained off-white. The person who checked us was very friendly and helpful.
