Orlando Marriott Lake Mary

We stayed at the Marriott in Lake Mary after searching online for a place to work on a Saturday. Most office spaces nearby were closed, so we needed somewhere comfortable where we could plug in our laptops and focus. This hotel turned out to be the perfect spot! From the moment we arrived, Joshuan Smith went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to helping guests have a great experience — he truly represents what Marriott service is all about. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise — quiet, comfortable, and full of charm. The patio area was perfect for coffee and conversation in the morning, and the restaurant staff treated us with such warmth and grace. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We’ve stayed at other Marriott properties in the Lake Mary area, but this one truly stands out. It’s a hidden gem, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you again to Joshwuan and the entire team for making our weekend stay productive and relaxing!

This hotel is one of the best Marriott's that we've stayed at! From the time we arrived the bell captain Jay & Paul were so helpful & smiling. Then we went to check in & Joshwaun up graded our room with a early check in & late checkout for the next day due to a very late flight. He also smiling & informative. The evening upon arrival the evening girl at the front desk helped me with printing out our flight papers. She also was smiling & pleasant, her name was Isabella. Now the next morning we had breakfast at the M club & Kim who made our wonderful omelets was also wonderful & smiling. Oh the bell captain arranged transportation to the airport for us too. So I would rate this hotel a 5 plus. If anything was wrong were the guests just letting trash lay around which we observed. Some guess are just rude.

Wonderful stay with the most attentive staff! Bell Captain Jay was so accommodating and always greeted me with a smile! Will return again! Very close to restaurants and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious too!

This place gets a little crazy on the weekend with kids sports teams and kids running all over but that being said the rooms are large and comfortable! The best thing about this hotel is Kim the breakfast chef who works so hard dealing with tons of people and makes the best omelets !!!

Marisol at the front desk was fantastic. Made sure I was comfortable and overall went above and beyond. Always enjoy staying at this property and the staff is always excellent.

I had a couple of issues with my room and then hotel is showing its age in the rooms but all of the that was ignored. The customer service in the this hotel is outstanding. Especially by the the Front Desk staff and especially Jay the Bell Captain. What a great guy. This hotel proves what hospitality is and I know. I spent many years working in hotels and they get it's right.
