Orlando Marriott Lake Mary

We had such a wonderful stay at the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary. My daughter and I were greeted with such genuine kindness from the moment we walked in—every single person we encountered couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. We did have a small issue with our room keys not working, but the way it was handled completely exceeded my expectations. Not only were we moved to a new room right away, but Sylvia, who manages housekeeping, went above and beyond. She personally made sure our new room was absolutely up to par, hand-delivered our new keys, and even surprised us with a beautiful fruit basket for the inconvenience. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel itself was spotless, and the location is fantastic—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I’m a Platinum member and can be very particular when it comes to hotels, and this stay truly checked every box. I would absolutely return without hesitation. A special thank you to Sylvia for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

The Bell Captain, Jay Balanay, was so helpful with loading and unloading our materials for the ODCCW Convention. Very pleasant and courteous.

I stay here a few times a year and it is always a great stay! The staff is always nice and the rooms and property are well maintained. I have lounge privileges and it is always a pleasant treat for buffet breakfast and a fantastic espresso coffee machine! I always recommend this hotel for someone who does not want the chaos of downtown Orlando.

Bed siding have a mattress protector. Pillows didn’t have protectors. Some that did were covered in yellow stains. Called front desk for a blanket because we were cold and it took over 2 hours. I had to call 3 times to finally get it by 11pm, long after I wanted to go to bed.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of meeting Sylvia, the Housekeeping Director, during my stay. I saw her in the lobby, and right away she took the initiative to check on my room and even came up personally to make sure everything was perfect after Friday. On Saturday, she followed up again, and my room was spotless. I really appreciated the care and attention, the room smelled amazing, everything was working perfectly, and I felt very well taken care of. My housekeeper, Rosa, was very kind and welcoming, and Jay Bellman was very diligent, and polite. What really stood out to me was Sylvia’s presence and leadership. The hotel was very busy, but she was everywhere and making sure everything was running smoothly. Around 7 PM, I saw her again near the fitness center, still actively helping and engaged. My wife is a Platinum guest who loves Marriott, so I was truly impressed. Congratulations to Marriott Lake Mary for providing an excellent stay

Highly recommend choosing this as your stay. Jay Balanay, The Bell Captain is the first person I encountered. Mr Jay is exceptional from my first hello to my "first" goodbye (as I will be choosing this hotel again). Mr Jay makes you feel like family, offers valuable information and insight. As a small business manager, Mr Jay would be an asset to the company. If there is a recognition program; I woukd l Iike to suggest Mr Jay Balanay for consideration.

Amazing hotel and bar! The breakfast is wonderfu and the rooms are very clean. Staff was very delightful and attentive! Great location to travel for baseball in Sanford. Highly recommend. Taylor is great to work with if you need a group rate as I did.

I stayed at the Marriott Lake Mary, Florida Hotel for two nights. I want to share my experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When walking back and forth to the room all the Housekeepers were always smiling. Having a little conversation with them was joyous. One thing really impressed me. I left my favorite Top in the closet. I realized it several days later. I felt it was worth it to call and see what I could do. Audrey at the front desk was helpful in guiding me to fill out the form. She mentioned it may take a while to hear anything. She did say if you want, I can contact the person in charge to call you back and see if she can help. I was grateful and said yes. Not more than a few minutes later Sylvia called. She asked for some information and said she is going to check, and will call me back. I mentioned it was my favorite top. Well, I wasn’t expecting a call right away. Sylvia called me and also took a picture to verify if this is my top. She was very thorough and so pleasant to work with. She shared she can ship it to me, at the time we had already drove to Atlanta. I asked if she could hold it, as we had a flight out of Orlando next week. She assured me it would be waiting for me. Sylvia really was excited for me and I know she genuinely cared. It a was truly a pleasurable and caring experience, one I will not forget. We are Titanium Lifetime Marriott Members. Have stayed at SOOO many Marriott property's around the world. I am very blessed to have stayed at the Lake Mary Marriott. Seeing why we continue to be loyal members.
