Hotel La Fonda de Taos

Great location on the main plaza. The staff was helpful and friendly. A nice historic hotel.

Beautiful historic building in the center of old quarters. I liked the forbidden exhibition of D.H. Lawrence paintings and other art pieces in the hotel.

The room only had a small fridge and a one cup coffee maker. No microwave. Only one chair with a tiny desk, so my partner had to sit on the bed while we were in the room. A room with a double bed should have two seats.

Staff were non helpful from what my in laws reported. I booked as a gift to them. Hazard step to bathroom

Hôtel agréable très cosy sous forme d Hacienda Cossu et insonorisé... au centre de Taos. Pas de petit déjeuner mais un café ☕️ juste à côté... Tout était propre et confortable. Restos à proximité.

Our room was perfect.

I don't think overnight guests should have to pay for parking.

We were very happy we were allowed to book just one night, as many other places in town require two minimum. Had hoped to get the blue corn waffles our kids had there during a bachelorette party they had in Taos. But the restaurant was not open the day we were there. We'll try again another time, as we love Taos and will be back. we ended up at Michael's which was, as always, great.

The bed was a little harder than we prefer.
