The view was awesome staff were amazing and helpful. We brought our dog last minute and they were able to accommodate our needs

I paid extra for a lake view. There was only 1 chairs on the small balcony but you wouldn't want to be out there with bird poop all over.

The facilities are old and tend to muskiness, but the room was excellent.

enjoyed the view. rooms are like a maze. and no help from staff on directions from building to building. very limited breakfast available for price of accommodation

Easy to find, off the highway, and convenient, not too far off downtown.

I liked how it was fast and the rooms were pretty cleaned!

The front desk associate- I believe her name is Nala, was very welcoming and kind. She was working late and helped us get checked in. Our room was comfy and clean. I loved waking up to the lake view on the balcony. The hotel was quiet and housekeeping was attentive. When I had an issue with my credit card & a fraud alert, the manager was so patient & knew how to resolve issue. I would return on our next visit.

Bathroom was small and had accessibility issues with the way the door swung. The tub/shower drain was clogged. Entrance to the building was dirty, but the room was clean.

No hot water, no maintenance on duty in the middle of the week.
