The location is great being next to Safeway and a McDonald's and other fast food restaurants. The owner was also very friendly.

The hotel needs fixing and better cleaning. Exterior and interior have issues such as broken siding , toilet seat, and more.

One of 4 hotels in Ketchikan. Decent rate and very accommodating staff. Couple places within walking distance to get some thing to eat. Because it is a Wyndham property, there is very little maintenance or repair. House keeping is not provided on a regular basis. When requested, it can take a few days for it to actually occur. Super 8 is the most reasonable alternative to stay for an extended period.

I appreciated the great customer service from the staff. They allowed us to check in early with our dogs so we didnt have to walk around for a few hours before check in time. I also appreciated the housekeepers giving me extra supplies I needed while staying there for the week.

The bathtub was really dirty and had to clean it myself.

I didn’t like anything about this dirty motel. It’s like a crack house. The smell of pot was horrible and we had to sign where we wouldn’t smoke pot. What a joke

The whole place should be shut down for filth.
