no room cleaning for 5 days during stay

フェアバンクス中心部にあり移動がしやすい。また、24h対応フロントでは荷物預け、カード紛失、早朝のチェックアウトに対応してくれて助かりました。全室禁煙で部屋は綺麗で暖かいです。

ドアには少し隙間があり防音性があまりないため、部屋の位置がランドリー室などの前だと日中は従業員の声が聞こえます。

Check in staff was great.,, early daytime not so much. It was -14 outside… but 75 in the room and we couldn’t get the heat & very loud fan to shut off

The front door windows should be clean- especially if the desk staff is standing telling the breakfast staff about her jailed boyfriend…. On and on

I have nothing to say everything was fine.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful and responded quickly. The staff was the best part of our stay.

1. Breakfast was minimal. Eggs rotated from scrambled (good) to fried eggs (extremely bad, hard disks) to something else which I could not identify. Everything was turned off promptly at 9am and ran out of food usually before 9am. Coffee was thin and no hot chocolate for the kids 2. Room service was non existent unless asked for. Only time we saw room service was on rooms just vacated. Staff usually responded quickly to requests for clean towels, toilet paper or tissues or trash emptying. We never had a full room service during our stay for 4 days. 3. Could not regulate the thermostat. No matter what temperature was set, the thermostat stayed at 70 or 71 degrees. All family members had uncomfortable sleep due to warm room. Only way to cool down the room was to use the air conditioner to bring the temperature down. 4. I believe the above is what hotel management has purposely put into place to reduce their overall costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the Fairbanks, AK area at similar pricing and location.

Absolutely nothing, horrible accommodations

Elevator that gets stuck, we were moved 3 different times because first room wasn’t ready or anywhere near being ready, second room has a water leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom, Got moved to a 3rd room on the 3rd floor. We paid for a king suite ADA and all 3 rooms were full beds and ZERO ada accommodations
