Close to restaurants

Basement room - alarm went off early morning. Staff was a little very tight layout. Staff was short with the breakfast customers who were a little late.

The location

The fact that the elevator door didn't open, it could've been a lot cleaner all over the hotel, our bathroom vent fan was extremely loud and barely worked.

this was not the experience I had in mind when I booked this room. The gentleman at the counter was very rude. sarcastically rude the room was not cleaned properly , the gentleman who was at guest service was sarcastically rude not at all friendly
