Clean new facilities and newly renovated tasteful decor. Great breakfast.

Elevator wasn’t working. Cleaning crew would forget to put basic essentials in the room like toilet paper and soap.

New. Not warn out. Located in mid-town. Which I knew well. Fun included breakfast with some items available all day. Well lit inside and out.

Too expensive which diminishes its niceties. I’m not ‘disabled.’ But this room was not for the disabled. There was no maneuverable room for a wheelchair or a walker. None whatsoever. Room was way too small and cramped. It was even too small and cramped for me. And the linen carts parked in hallway would prevent a wheel chair from exiting the room and turning R or L. Bathroom light and overhead fan were on one switch. Too loud to sit in bathroom and read. Motorcycle road noise outside 10PM to 1AM on Friday and Saturday night was horrid causing my need earplugs. But as far as having the usual annoyances usual with apartment living it was probably average and typical.
