El desayuno delicioso y variado; las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y amplias. Un agradecimiento muy especial a Jess quien estaba en la recepción durante el día, fue muy atenta y activa y al personal de la cocina que también fueron muy amables.

Las puertas automáticas de entrada fallaban constantemente enfriando mucho el lobby, el ascensor fallaba a menudo y hasta me quedé encerrada en una ocasión, el lobby a menudo estaba sucio y desordenado y el personal de aseo hace mucho ruido arreglando las habitaciones (es común dormir de día ya que los tour son hasta la madrugada).

Location

Unfortunately and surprisingly, there was no room cleaning service at all during our 3 nights of stay. Despite of repetitive requests made by us, no one came to do even the basic trash collection, which should be daily according to industry standards . Second, the elevator didn’t work properly . Third, the entrance door could not open or close properly while the temperature outside was minus 40 degree during our visit, thus it was extremely cold for people who were either waiting outside for the door to open, or for people inside the lobby for the door to close.
