Liked the smiley greeting when we arrived. Applebees 5 minute walk. Comfortable with everything you need.
I called the night before to tell them our flight was delayed till the next day and they charged the room. I called again because I was delayed firrrher and they had no idea who I was. When we finally got there I asked if I could get sat off the bill and they said no and it wasn’t busy. We went upstairs to the room and on the way the floors were not vacuumed and the laundry shoot was wide open the door could hurt someone if they where on there phone. Finally got to the room and oped the door to find trash not taken out of one can and sheets with black short hairs everywhere in and on with stains on the comforter. next morning I went down at 930 and breakfast ended at 830. No one told us when we came in. So I went to the laundry room to do laundry and there was no detergent for sale. Only once was the a front desk person your have to ring a bell and they come from the back. So no security at all and they don’t care about anything else. The coffee is gross both down stairs and in the room. Never stay there. Go to the Hyatt or motel instead
The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The location was great.
OK place to stay
Room comforter was yellow, shower mat was dirty, and the breakfast was terrible.
The room was comfortable and clean. The only issues were a stale smell to the room and aged buttons on the heater/air conditioning that made it difficult to control.
Nice location Only problem was the TV was an old temporary small one The lager screen model was behind it and obviously not working
Breakfast area chairs were on tables - very uninviting. Breakfast food not too good. Carpeting felt damp. Bathroom door would not stay open. Curtains on windows ripped. Overall not an appealing place to stay.
Breakfast was not great, and there was no elevator. Otherwise a perfectly nice place to stay
DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I never choose anything fancy or too pricey. I chose to pay at hotel and On the day of before check in, they try to charge my card. He said they had a lot of bookings that night and tried to make sure I had a room by charging me sooner. I’m from out of state and my bank didn’t let it go through. The entire hotel was empty and there were max 4 cars in the lot the whole stay. So it seemed very sketchy. When we got the room it seemed clean first glance but moving the sheets and blankets there were crusty and red spots all over like it wasn’t washed and just made. There was also mold on the desk. We got switched rooms and the bed seemed cleaner. But still looked dirty. Had to run to buy cheap sheets and towels at Walmart to stay. The walls were dirty and stained everywhere. Cracks in the ceiling. One of the lights bulbs was missing from the wall. the next day when I went to shower the water didn’t drain properly. This was just a place to sleep but I would never book again and we checked out a day early from the hotel. Please do not stay. The only positive thing was there was a washer and dryer if needed.
