"Unethical managment staff."

BE CAREFUL AT THIS HOTEL. The Management staff continued to charge my credit card without permission. They also promised a credit and cancellation without fees, but never credited my card. They returned to my card 2 months after the original reservation was made and they charged me for an additional stay. They have a system where they forward your call to the GM, but the GM has a mailbox that is always full; unable to leave messages. There is something unethical going on here.

"Beautiful hotel, staff needs to learn hospitality"

It was so clean, love the location and the rooms were really nice

The receptionist was very rude, we were having issues with our card due to fraud and she was not understanding and was very unprofessional

We did not use the pool. Problems were quickly resolved. Well kept clean hotel. Rooms big and very comfortable. Nice breakfast

Room service for cleaning every other day was not what I expected. The front desk appeared to be bored and indifferent when I asked TV not to work properly and never addressed it. The living room floor smelled .

The people are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and roomy . The bed is good and comfortable. They also have a great hot breakfast each morning
