Nice for a clean quiet travel stay

Friendly staff and clean facilities.

The memory foam mattress is not for older people. We woke up very sore.

I booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed and got out in a queen room

When we arrived we found empty toilet paper rolls and trash on the bathroom floor. There were several pillows without pillow cases.

Fine for a night. Nothing was bad or great. The bed is getting soft and wasn’t great. Everything is just okay.

Very Nice front desk clerk hallway and elevator could be cleaner but room was great

We really wanted the pool and they kept saying it might open when u could tell it wouldn't open any time soon. Very disappointing

I booked a stay with a room for 5 people. I was given a room with two double beds. I was offered a rollaway bed which I was told they shouldn't do as it would create a fire hazard. We would have been scooching sideways to get around it. When I asked for a refund, I was told that the room I was given normally sleeps 5, I questioned how 5 adult people would sleep in 2 double beds, Hailey shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". Granted, this wasn't her fault. I was also told that as I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do. I Have reached out to Expedia and am awaiting for a refund. We ended up going to another hotel in the area and paying TWICE what we had planned.

The pool was closed and they said it might open the next day, but u could tell it wouldn't. The reason for this choice was because it had a pool, my granddaughter loves to Swim!
