Hampton Inn Perry

We usually stay with Hampton Inn and Suites but this was nice, clean and the best shower experience I've had in a minute..Good Hot Water...We will come back and stay at the Hampton Inn Perry, GA..exit 136 off of I-75.

I wish they serves Grits!!!

Very old Hampton Inn. AC was out in the lobby so could not eat breakfast there. Carpet was torn and old, but room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What was "unique" was there were fans running in all the common areas. Not sure if there was a water issue or what. First room was unacceptable. I accidentally booked an "accessible" room, which we didn't really need and would have been ok but the nasty smelling bathroom, peeling wallpaper, broken night window shade, and overwhelming bleach smell made it uninhabitable. We were promptly moved to another room. It was "ok" for just one night of sleeping and a shower. This hotel has seen better days, the receptionist took care of us and it all worked out but the value seemed more inline with the $70/night places all around in the same area, not 3x the rate we were charged.

I’ve been here many of times but this was truly the most delightful experience! The breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping was fresh and tidy, but the atmosphere was the thing that impacted me the most. The generosity of the receptionist, Rebekah was her name, brightend my day as soon as I walked through the door. Her attitude was incredibly inspiring, her smile just made me feel so welcome! I truly hope I do see her again next time I’m in town.

Front desk - asked about water since we are Hilton members - was told for the price I received no water Room was noisy could hear Highway traffic I do not recommend

The guest services representative at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. He refused to assist me with alternate solutions when my booking was incorrect due to a third party error. He was not accommodating at all to my situation. I was in town for my nephew’s wedding and was supposed to stay with the rest of my family at the same location. This employee’s lack of consideration was inexcusable and I was left to find an alternative solution for myself and two children at the last minute. Even though there were vacancies at this location, I refused to stay after being treated so horribly. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel that was close by in time to get ready for the event. My family that ended up staying there said I was lucky. They had filthy rooms and the plumbing was inoperable. My mother had to move rooms 3 times before finding one that was clean. I am very thankful I found another hotel. I will never make another reservation at a Hampton Inn again.

The property was old and needed updating. But it was clean.
