The air conditioner controller

Love the price and the location and the staff were great.

The building has a run down depressed feel to it. The elevator is so loud you can hear it across the building from your room all night. People bring their dogs, lock them on the balcony, then go out on the town leaving their dogs barking and whining until 3am when their owners return and the hotel staff will do nothing about it. The shower didn’t drain which correlates with the general sense of poor maintenance overall of the hotel. I stayed for 5 nights and they never sent house keeping to empty trash or replace towels. 5 days is too long for no house keeping even in budget hotels.

The counter service was outstanding..only issue was AC didn't work..and it got to 80+ degrees..

Breakfast, and counter people..

Room was fairly clean, bed was comfortable.

Carpets taped down, and dirty.

Bath Tub wouldn't Drain, Thermostate didn't work, Room key had to be reprogrammed daily.

Staff

Cleanliness Had to switch rooms because of a clogged sink with standing water in it. Hallways need vacuumed once in awhile at least.

The bed was comfortable

Our AC was not working the room was disgusting and whenever I tried to get maintenance up there they claimed that they would but they did not we ended up spending our full honeymoon roasting like a chicken. I'm going to be super honest with you I was frustrated with the situation the staff there when I spoke to them was polite but nothing was being done. I don't blame the front desk person I just don't think communication was efficient and we never got compensation.
