Location

Rooms need updating. Elevators were not working for one day. Had to change rooms 3 times. Heater not working.

Food wasn't bad

The floor was sticky, and while I was out with the do not disturb sign on my door I came back to a water bottle that wasn't mine and I didn't buy. The bathroom also was really dirty and I noticed what looked like the start of a mold problem.

first night, noise all night long. Sounded like a compressor - about every 30 seconds. NO Heat in the room, refer did not work, toilet did not work
