"PortAventura"

The most convenient hotel for the main entrance to PortAventura. The whole hotel is great, very clean and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Check in was a little slow but I seemed to arrive at the same time as everybody else (early, as park tickets are valid from the day you arrive). Check out is incredibly easy, you only need to return to reception if you have room charges, and you keep your key as it is also your park ticket. The room interior is a little basic and dated (it felt the same as my first visit in 2007) but it was clean, the bed was comfy and the room was huge. Access to the park is quick and easy. Breakfast is an extra, and benefits seem to have gradually been reduced (Express pass is now an extra, it was previously included). If you arrive by train you have to pass through the park entrance to reach reception. If you wish to leave after the park has closed you may need to arrange a ride to the station as you can't pass back through the entrance after the gates shut. Would stay again without thinking twice!

"Good"

Beds are very uncomfortable. Hotels valet informed me they would be able to assist me with transportation to train station, but when It was time for me and family to leave the hotel to the train station the valet was not able to drive us and i had to get somebody from the front desk to call a taxi. Thank fully we had enough time to wait for a taxi.

Had a fab 3 night stay here. Great location. The pools are lovely and the breakfast choice is amazing. Will definitely choose this hotel again on our next stay in port aventura. Reception staff fantastic and very helpful. A great family place with attractions for all ages, nobody gets left out here just a wonderful holiday destination. Booking this was jus so easy on Expedia highly recommended.

"Excellent"

The facility has lots of charm with country house style buildings and swimming pools for toddlers as much as for adults. The breakfast was above average (but nothing really wow). The closeness and easy access to the theme parks made it definitely worthwhile to stay at the hotel. Long queues in front of the reception because of lack of personnel were annoying.
