Clean recently renovated rooms. No complimentary water bottles provided ...no box of facial tissues in the room, no slippers or robes provided, AC only how down to 22 degrees, no peep holes in the doors and no security cameras in the hallways,

Got charged double by hotels.com and they wouldn’t refund my money Contacted hotel portadventura also and they declined

The park was great; but the Hotel was a bit disappointing in terms of cleanness and Air Conditioning

Great food, fantastic location for Port Aventura park and Ferrari Land. Room needed refurb especially beds!

Room was outdated and not very well equipped. Safe was spoiled. Overall, was disappointed with the room condition, but the theme park was great as my kids enjoyed the rides.

Air condition needs change - old and loud. Easy check in and park access - safe and good for families.

We've spent a week in September at Port Aventura for the last three years and have stayed in Hotel El Paso, Caribe and now Hotel Port Aventura. We don't plan on going back again anytime soon! As the main entrance to the hotel is through the park, on arrival (pre-collecting tickets) we had to walk fifty minutes to the second entrance from the train station. Given El Paso is five minutes, and Caribe about seven from the station, I would highly recommend staying at either of these and doing the very short (ten minutes, if even) walk to the park each day instead. Given the first and last walks are with all your luggage! On booking I requested an above ground level room if possible as I have pretty severe reactions to bug bites. When we checked-in we were told to go downstairs from ground to our room. We were told there were no higher rooms available. The smell of damp and bleach started at the stairwell and got steadily worse. The room was completely infested with ants. We asked again if there were any cancellations or any chance of getting a higher room and told it was not possible. The hotel may have been full, but none of the restaurants/common areas/check-in queue looked like it. Eventually they sent a cleaner to mop the ants out instead, leaving us with soaking wet tiles and a new wave of ants shortly after. Do yourself a favour and stay in the much nicer, non-grubby, friendlier hotels like El Paso and Caribe. Really disappointing.

Clean room and a good hot pressured shower. Breakfast is plentiful and nice. Theme park is obviously the highlight

Hotel is within the park. Hotel complex is nice. Rooms are fairly basic but it's really just a place to sleep. Buffet breakfast and dinner available within hotel restaurant. Cafe, shop and kids entertainment area all within hotel grounds. Would stay there again.
