Hotel PortAventura

We stayed 5 nights which was way too long. Dont let the tickets incuded fool you. its expensive for a family. dinner, super expensive so is everything else like souvenirs, lunch out and so on. no microwave or refrigerator in purpose so that you spend your money. we found it very expensive vacations. we prefer 5 stars camping that gives a family the chance to cook and kids club too. seem like this stay is geared toward couples or older kids. we had rain and lots of ride didn't work. english of the staff is basic if they even speak English. Reception is so busy you cannot just stop to ask a quick question. No map of the park available anywhere, just app. if your phone not charge forget about finding your way. lines are so long and the crowd is making it so much less fun, more stress.

Hotel was a little outdated

Very nice hotel, easy access to the park. Very busy but a good family destination.

The room was not clean. They never empty the trash bin. The bathroom wasnt clean properly. Asking simple questions to the staff around was nightmare. Gym was closed. Jacuzzi close to swimming pools not working. My wife forgot two swimsuits on the balcony, we Called the hôtel twice, with négative feedback. The only positivé point is location, but for the money we spent, its not a good place to Stay.

Agridulce..... La reserva era para el Hotel PortAventura y a la llegada, nos encontramos que estaba cerrado...sin previo aviso. Nos reubicaron en el Colorado Creek. Hotel nuevo, muy bonito, con estancias grandes y cómodas camas. Bufet escaso, (debido al COVID), pero de buena calidad. Trato muy amable. Piscina compartida con el Hotel Gold River.

the trees were nearly in the room need to be pruned back away from the sliding doors out of room .

Friendly staff, good vibe, family friendly. Good food. Really enjoyed my stay.

It was a great place to vacation with 3 teenage boys (14,17 & 19), who wanted a “fun” holiday. The beach in Salou is only a 20minute walk from the hotel and very easy to get to. It perhaps.would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee, but this is a really small negative. We would definitely stay here again.
