"We loved the hotel. Concierge gave great service and feel good of the place was intimate. Great location."

The service was great. Fantastic breakfast to start each day. Loved talking to the staff to get advice. The grounds of the hhotel are beautiful — very tropical and the overall feel was more like being in an mansion than in a hotel. Also we would go each night to the rooftop bar/restaurant, have a drink, watch the sun set and chat with the waiters. Then we would take a long walk in the city. Hotel bar also has great view of the cathedrals.

"The most special, unique, hotel in the world with an amazing staff"

This warm, inviting, hotel feels more like a private home where every detail has been looked after by the most thoughtful, caring, staff. All of the rooms are scattered in different 17th century mansions, all with courtyards and bougainvillea and fountains. But, it is the wonderful staff who make this hotel so special. We were so well looked after and cared for, and we can’t wait to return. Ana and Santiago were both so warm and inviting, and we’ll return just to see them! The room, the pool, the spa… everything was just perfect. Thank you for the most amazing visit and such perfect memories!
