The breakfast spread was decent. Some staff were friendly.

Very dirty room. Lock on the door was broken like someone busted the door down at some point, and they just put it back together like a puzzle. We were told the pool would be open in two hours, and it turned out to not be open at all the entire stay. The jacuzzi tub in our room was decent but very dirty like the rest of the hotel. Overall, extremely disappointing. Stained bedding, broken curtains, stained chairs and drapes. Sink in the bathroom would not drain, and all faucets leaked consistently. Not much to watch on the TV, which was our only minimal entertainment. Floors in the room, hallways and stairs were unvacuumed. Walls covered in food and questionable sticky substances.

Paid extra to have a room with a TV, only for the TV to not have a remote. Had to sit and do nothing for a few hours since I didnt have a book or laptop (which is why i paid extra to have a room with a TV)

Checked into jacuzzi room but hot tub didn't work. Moved to different room that had no remote. Jets in hot tub were not powerful at all.

Breakfast was okay

The pool was closed.. and every time we asked the women kept saying open in one hour but never did our stay. Room wasn't very clean there was rose petals under the bed on the floor not very clean....

Location.

The room I was in had 4 holes punched into the walls, and a hole punched into the bathroom door. It also had the phone ripped out of the wall. My sisters room was originally a double queen room, her door wouldn't work so staff put her into a double twin room, and told us we would be refunded the difference. We have not been refunded. Pool was down completely the first day, and freezing the rest of our stay. Will not return.
